A Colonia Jessups resident and daughter stand in front of their one room home in Colonia Jessups. The family will participate in the Self-Help Center's -- Jessups Model Subdivision Program through which families will build their own new safe, and affordable housing in a new subdivision. The families are now attending pre-construction classes lead by the Proyecto Azteca staff.
